Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the value, weight of your merchandise as well as the method of shipping method.

There are 2 ways for you to track the details of your Shangri-La fashion order:

1.  If you are a registered user at shangrilafashion.com, simply login and click on “Orders”

2.  Emails are sent as soon as your order is placed and shipped. These emails will contain the tracking information.

If your order contains more than one item, you may receive your items in multiple packages on different dates. If your items ship separately, your shipping charges will not exceed the amount shown on your original order confirmation.
