How do I register with a valid email address?

Click on the “Register” tab and enter the requested information. An activation email will be sent to your valid email address once the registration process is complete. Once your account is activated, you will receive a welcome email. Log in to our website with your email and password and start receiving promotional offers if any.

How do I reset my password?

Click on the “forgot password” tab. A reset password link will be sent to your email. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I buy an item from your website?

You have two options. You can either create and register an account on our website. Click on “new users”. You will be prompted to enter your legal name, email address, phone number and financial details. Click on “Accept” to agree to the terms and conditions. You can now search for your item or browse the product listings for purchases. The second option is to purchase as a guest. You can directly browse the product listings and will be asked for your personal and financial information at checkout.

Why I am being asked to authorize my order?

Personal information such as last 4 digits of the credit card number, id and name will be asked to prevent any fraudulent activities on the account. You can cancel your order if you disagree or have reservations about providing the requested information.

Why isn’t my promo code applying?

The code has not expired. Code may have already been added successfully before current attempt. Make sure.

Does Shangri-La Fashion share my information with third parties?

No. Your personal and financial information will be stored on our secure servers based in Canada. Your data will only be used for the intended purpose; enabling you to buy items and shipping them to you. Our data gathering is proportionate. We do not share your data with third parties without your affirmative and explicit consent (Please see Privacy Policy for more details). Data may be shared with third parties such as law enforcement under a court order.

What are my options to pay?

We accept most credit cards and debit cards through Paypale, MasterCard and Visa. We also process American Express

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

You cannot change the shipping address once the package has been shipped out. We cannot cancel an order after shipment.

I have multiple items. Do I have to fill the return form for every single item?

No. In case of multiple items, filling a single return form and affixing the return label onto the original box is sufficient.

I am receiving too many promotional offers from Shangri La in my inbox. How do I get it to stop?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Every promotional offer we send comes with an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click on it to unsubscribe. You can also log into your account and uncheck the option for receiving emails and promotional offers.

I received a damaged package with a broken item. Is Shangri La Fashion liable?

No. Shangri La Fashion is not liable for misfit or defective products due to the manufacturer’s fault or misalignment in user expectations. Any damaged package or product must be taken up with the courier.
