Never again

Ordered a dress on the 5th of October for a work event that was happening on the 25th, thinking 20 days to would be enough to receive a dress, especially when their website gives you two weeks as a maximum estimated arrival time. Event happened yesterday, dress is arriving today. Above £13 paid for delivery, which I will not receive back even if I return the dress now as I don’t need it anymore. Not to mention how stressful this was, not knowing if it will come in time. Thank God I ordered a plan B. Never ever ordering from this site again.
